Your Students are invited
to participate in the
WORLD ECONOMIC SUPERPOWERS
Saturday, April 19th, 2008
From Noon until 4pm
on the Rock Valley College Campus
The World Economic Superpowers will be offered as a
preperation activity to the Global Economic Summit of High
School Students. This will be a fun game for students to
apply what they are learned from the Summit and in your
classrooms. World Economic Superpowers will be the
ultimate economic strategy game. This will not be a school
vs school competition, but a game based on individual wits.
There would be no preparation, just a fun event to take
part in at the college.
Each country will consist of 4-5 representatives. The
object of the World Economic Superpowers is to position
your country in the unification of the global economy in
order to become one of the Four Economic Superpowers.
There will be secret caucuses, free trade, strategic
alliances, enemies and even declarations of war. All
impacting the valuation of acquired resources which will
make or break your country's economy.
The Four Economic Superpowers will win a cash prize! The
rules are attached for your information. Please provide a
copy to the participating student well in advance.
